Ordering online with REBEL Safety Gear is easy, fast and safe. When browsing and buying using the REBEL Safety Gear Ecommerce website you can complete an order and purchase as an unregistered guest or you can register an account at checkout which will allow you to manage your account details, delivery information and simplify repeat purchases.

Select the items you’re looking for and add them to your cart (“ADD TO CART”). If any items are out of stock in our warehouse, the website will also reflect these items as “Out of Stock”. Once you’ve added all the items you’d like to your cart, proceed to “Check Out” and the total amount of the order should be displayed. If you’re happy to go ahead with the order, you can then proceed and select a payment option (either Credit Card or SiD Instant EFT).

Our delivery/shipping fee structure is simple and transparent. Any retail order below R750 will attract a delivery/shipping fee of R135 (inc. VAT). This will be shown at checkout. Any order over the value of R750.00 will receive FREE delivery/shipping. We will deliver to any location within South Africa.

Please note that we do NOT currently delivery outside South Africa.

Please remember to input the delivery address and the street/postal code. PO Boxes and Postnet suites are not acceptable.

Once an order has been completed online, you’ll receive an email stating your order has been received and you will also receive a shipment email notifying you of the delivery details. If you have a problem with the delivery, then you can contact us on 011 663 2700, and we will assist you.

Delivery times can’t be guaranteed, however, depending on the size of your order (weight/dimensions) and your location, it may take three to five business days after your payment has been received and cleared and your order approved for dispatch.

The following payment methods are available at checkout on the website:

1. Payments via Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard).
2. Payment via EFT using the SiD Secure EFT portal, which connects directly to your bank.

You can return any goods purchased for exchange (i.e. size swap), or if you feel that there is a factory fault. Please submit your return or exchange request using this form – Returns and Exchanges.

If your goods are failing, and have been used according to the correct product usage guidelines and are still less than six months old, we will refund you accordingly.

We will not refund any goods that have faults or damage as a result of incorrect or improper use or through normal and acceptable wear and tear.

When trying your boots on for the first time, please do so in a clean environment / on a carpet. This is so that it doesn’t get marked, and can be returned in a saleable condition if necessary.

REBEL safety footwear has been designed and manufactured to be worn in most industrial areas, although extreme temperatures, environments and conditions will shorten the footwear’s life. Please use our FOOTWEAR CARE GUIDELINES for reference.

Often difficulties processing card payments are due to 3D-Secure (MasterCard’s product called “SecureCode” and Visa’s product is called “Verified by Visa”). It is a method of security mandated by the Card Associations to enhance the security of online transactions. If you experience any payment difficulties, it is most likely because your card is not registered and you will need to contact your bank to register your card. Our payment system provider is compliant and in fact was the first South African payment gateway to be certified by both MasterCard and Visa for 3D-Secure transactions through First National Bank, Standard Bank and ABSA.

Please ensure cookies are enabled on your web browser. The software we use to provide the website functionality uses a cookie that contains a Session ID to connect the various pages on our site together. If you do not enable cookies, we cannot identify you once you have completed entry of your cardholder details to be able to continue the process.

No, our commerce system encrypts all cookies. Additionally, the cookie contains no personal information, just a unique identifier for our system to recognise your browser.
